According to Bloomberg, Yuga Labs, which is the creator of the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT collection, is facing an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The SEC insists that NFTs can be treated like securities. The regulator also began to study the distribution of the ApeCoin token.
